Who We Are
We are Tyler and Rebecca Coker, a husband-and-wife team with a shared passion for transforming homes and creating beautiful spaces. With over 10 years of experience in the renovation industry in Ontario, we decided to take the leap and move to Calgary, Alberta, to pursue our dreams of working for ourselves while continuing to build on our expertise.
Before relocating to Alberta, we owned and operated a successful renovation and electrical business in Ontario. Over the years, Tyler developed his skills as a contractor, mastering the art of construction, home improvement, and hands-on renovation work. His attention to detail and passion for craftsmanship has made him a trusted professional in the field.
Rebecca, on the other hand, has a deep background in construction project management, design, and real estate. As a realtor, she knows how to find the hidden gems in the market as well as identify properties with incredible potential. Her passion is working with clients who are ready to buy, sell, or build their custom dream home to fit their needs and lifestyle.
Our decision to move to Calgary and revamp our business model was a natural one. We wanted to continue working for ourselves, but in a fresh market with new opportunities. As a team, we bring a perfect balance of expertise—Tyler with his hands-on construction knowledge and experience and Rebecca with her design sensibility and real estate insight.
Our business focuses on delivering high end renovations, transforming outdated or underutilized spaces into stunning homes and supporting you with your biggest transaction of buying and/or selling.
When we're not working on renovations or exploring new properties, we enjoy spending time outdoors with our two sons and fur baby; discovering the natural beauty of Alberta, and keeping our creativity flowing through personal projects.
